Your registration will be confirmed by email. Please notify the registration manager by email registration (AT) com-geo.org if you have not received your confirmation within two weeks, or if you have any questions. Your registration packet will be available at the training class, located in the COM.Geo training center. A registration is not considered complete until all registration fees are received by the registration manager.

We recognize you may occasionally need to cancel your registration. You can substitute another individual in your place prior to your start. If you wish to receive a refund we must receive your request for cancellation no less than ten business days prior to the course start date. If you request a refund, a 10% of registration fee is deducted as a processing fee. We are sorry that we cannot provide a refund if we receive your written cancellation in nine or less than nine business days before the start of the course. If you have requested a refund it may take several weeks to process. It is dependent on your method of payment.  Payments will be refunded to the person/company that issued the original check to COM.Geo. Processing of refunds to  debit or credit cards will vary based on your financial institution.
COM.Geo Institute reserves the right to cancel courses due to insufficient enrollment or other administrative reasons. Once a course is cancelled, students enrolled in the course are entitled to a full refund of the tuition and fees associated with that class. COM.Geo Institute makes every effort to inform students of such changes as early as possible so there is an opportunity to make alternate course selections.
